On the floor of the cottage there are 2 separate apartments (9 + 4 persons). The property is leased as a whole. Each of the 2 apartments has 2 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have 2 beds with an extra bed. The fourth bedroom has 3 beds and an extra bed. There is also a separate room with 2 single beds for a sofa bed, 1 bed is located on the ground floor in a common room next to a tiled stove. There is also a spacious living room with a well-equipped kitchen (hob with oven, microwave, 2x fridge, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker), tiled stove and LCD TV. A washing machine, dryer and WIFI internet access, table football and outdoor sitting area with garden barbecue. The cottage features a wellness area that includes a sauna for 6 people, a whirlpool for 5 people, an LCD TV and a refrigerator with drinks. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet. For small children, there is a 2x baby bed and a dining chair for children. Heating is provided electrically and tiled stoves. Non-smoking object, smoker's corner with ashtray is on the terrace and also at the main entrance. Parking possible at the object.
